Our History
The origins of this firm date back to 1946, when D. Blas García-Valcárcel began practicing law in Murcia. In 1970, his nephew D. Pedro-Alfonso García-Valcárcel y Escribano joined and formally established the firm García-Valcárcel & Cáceres, which quickly gained prestige in traffic accident cases and civil liability.
From the year 2000 onwards, the firm also specialized in medical malpractice, establishing itself as a benchmark in civil liability in the Region of Murcia. Today we specialize in traffic accidents, medical malpractice, workplace accidents and claims against public authorities. We also practice other areas of private and public law, adapting our team to the needs of each client.
Based in Gran Vía, Murcia, our firm has witnessed the evolution of Spanish law for over five decades, always maintaining our commitment to excellence.
